Worst policy of cancellation

Not make cancellation even if you pay last bill amount of the contract My contract End Jan-18th ,2021. I asked them to close my account before 4 days with full pay amount because I need to leave the country, not accepting and make fine for 44 KD extra. even I showed my ticket of 14th Jan-2021 Those are not pay you can make fine, why I want to pay ? Its worsts policy and sucks the customer money affected everyone.

Nasty policy

I am stuck outside KUWAIT. (Covid). Now my company finished and I cannot go back – no job. My kuwait number does not work outside KUWAIT. I want to pay my outstanding bill and cancel it but they wont let me as I have to visit branch in Kuwait. No other way. Thats impossible. No one cares. They just keep billing. Their slogan Here for you during Covid is rubbish.
