Damaged product

I have received a damaged bottle of loreal oil serum. The oil had been spilled out all over the package and the pressing cap is not working. Regarding this I have contacted you guys many times and called at your customer carecentre answers assured that it will get exchanged but in the order section they reject my concern.please look into the matter and replace the item.pleplease

Refund not received

I have ordered a pink kurta three peice set from Gerua which turned out to be defected so i put it in return. the Nykaa man came and collected it back however I havent received my refund yet. Again and again I am complaining for the same however my issue is not solved yet.

Nykaa customer data leak

Got a fraud call mentioning that I have won a lottery and I will be getting 10 lacs, this person for repetitively asking for my account details, after putting up my complaint to Nykaa they said your complaint has been sent to scam department and its been 24 hours no action has been taken neither I received any call, this is not acceptable from a brand like Nykaa. I have blocked that number but I am still getting calls from different numbers.highly disappointed.

User’s recommendation: Please don’t save your card details on this app, they don’t have proper security.

My return is cancelled without contacting me and not pickup

My order nbr is NYK-239438*-870****.I ordered a saree and blouse is missing when I recieved the product.Many time I try to contact costmer support but can’t connected..First time I purchased from nyka fashion and really disappointed with services …so many time my pick up rescheduled without contacting me and in last its show cancelled.i also mail the costmer support but still not resolved my issue.

Wrong product came

Yes, I ordered a products but when it delivered ,it was quite different and no connection with the image.I shared and call to the center many times but no resolution i have got till date.It been already 7 days gone and no hearing from your company. i have already shared the picture and products with the Nykaa. I

Recieved a fraud call

I have done my part by reporting the call several times and nykaa say they would call me back with the relevant team, so am still waiting on that. I really like nykaa, they are very authentic with their products, let’s see how well they address this issue. Still waiting on the call back.

User’s recommendation: Just making note of such issues isn’t enough. You need to act quickly and make sure not a single person gets scammed. I request them to talk to this number I from which I recieved a call so that they domt scam anyone else. But let’s see what nykaa does.

My returns has not been picked up yet

The return was placed well before the 7 days timeline and yet it has not been picked up. Also your customer care is a bogus affair as the phone gets cut after dialing the desired extension. On the app also there is no clarity given about the return initiated.
