It’s been 15 days since my first order from Adore Me and I’ve been having the same issues. No progress or change in processing.

I got 10 dollars in credit and just threw it towards a pair of panties and those shipped before my first order did. Now on the day I’m supposed to get my second order, my first still is processing.

It’s pretty frustrating and seeing this has been going on for so long is disheartening. I’m hoping this can get fixed because I want to keep using adore me but my first experience isn’t going to keep me on the site.

Double billed

I had been bill for items that I had returned. The ended up refunding me all the items that I had to them were in the returned box even though they have no record of receiving them since it was my first time having an issue all charges have been refunded with in 3 business days

Cancel account plus a refund of 39.95

Customer service is poor. Whenever you call, youre put on hold and left there or they will attempt to answer and put you back on hold without even saying anything.

They keep making unauthorized charges to my account

Ive called repeatedly and asked to cancel my account. They say that they cannot do it over the phone and that they email me a link to cancel. Ive repeatedly tried to cancel yet I keep getting charged!!! I made a one time order and now they keep charging my debit card monthly. Absolutely ridiculous and totally illegal bs.

There’s no more details all I want is my money back I canceled my account with somebody on the phone last year and they have not been taking money out until now I need the money back.

Being charged when I cancelled membership

I cancelled the adoreme account last year and every month they make an attempt. On May 16th the deducted 39.95 and today June 6th 39.95 I am owed 79.90 I want my money.
